REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your booking and get an automatic refund up to 3 days before the dinner – just email me on info @ khanacommune.co.uk (without the spaces) to do this.

Within 3 days of the dinner, if you still need to cancel, please find a replacement for yourself. If you are unable to do so, let me know and I will try to find a replacement myself. If I am able to find a replacement, I will refund your money.

PAYMENTS

Eventbrite will prompt you to pay by Paypal but DON’T WORRY IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. You can checkout as a guest on Paypal. If you are unable to book with a credit card, do contact me for alternative methods of payment. I accept direct bank transfers.

You are also welcome to do a direct bank transfer to save the £1.40 transaction fee. Please email me to arrange this.

THE MEAL

Please note that our food can be spicy at times – so let me know if you are particularly averse to hot food. Do allow about 2-2.5 hours for your meal, as it consists of quite a few courses. Our suppers are alcohol-free events (we serve all kinds of lovely non-alcoholic beverages) – we really appreciate your understanding in this regard.
